'I was profoundly moved by the responses of some of the students to the opportunity to reflect on their lives in a quiet and safe place. It is evident that some of these young people are struggling to make sense of their lives and the challenges they face. In this noisy world of constant media stimulation there is a great need to give young people the space and time to be quiet and still and to reflect.'Volunteer (England)

This activity encourages students to think about the effects of climate change on communities and the world.

As students think about climate change they are invited to write their prayers and thoughts onto the paper before making it into a windmill.

Climate change is becoming a more urgent issue as we learn about the impact of human actions on creation. Therefore raising students awareness of Climate Change is important as they think about their place in the world and what impact it might have on them.
